We have a Business Dropbox account and while I've tried asking dropbox for some support on this they've been pretty unhelpful. I wonder if any of you might have any idea what's causing some conflicted files to appear on our fileserver.
- Each file has the same name
. - Many of these files haven't been accessed in over a year - and certainly not by me.
- Yes, it is my account which runs dropbox.

Dropbox is trying to preserve data, which is nice, but why is it creating these conflicts? Particularly as it's been running in the background without issue for quite a while.
My instinct tells me that it's clashing with a backup process (which runs nightly and it's symantec backup) but I can't see why it's suddenly an issue now.
Can anyone help?
