we have a shared folder where engineers save pictures taken in the place where they was working with a very high resolution (from 4 to 10 mb per image) sometimes in one week they transfer more than 10gb of pictures.
I have created a user guide to reduce the resolution from 5 mb to just 600kb but no one use it, so I am planning to block this foder with "something" to avoid files (images) bigger than 1,2 mb which are enough for our day to day work..
Do you know any software that allow me to do this...I have been searching for it but I can not find it.
