Cannot run macro after upgraded to Office 2010 on Terminal Server

I am running a Windows 2003 Terminal Server.  I just upgraded Office from 2003 to 2010 on the Terminal Server.  When I try to run a macro in an Excel document I get a compile error.  I have discovered that if I create a new Terminal Server profile for a user, that user can run the macro.  Any thoughts as to what file in a users profile would cause this and how to fix it.
