We have a Server 2012 terminal server farm that hosts 1 remote app. We have hand made each rdp file and saved the username/password for each user in the rdp file so users do not need to know their credentials to connect to the server and launch the app. Randomly a user's rdp file will prompt them fro credentials. All users are on a dissimilar remote network than the TS farm. All users use domain credentials which we host internally. we have not been able to recreate or figure out why this happens. any ideas?
