Paranormal Activities on my Servers - Help!

The strangest thing is happening and I cant figure it out for the life of me.

The setup:

1. 6 servers, including Domain Controller, ISA 2000 (don't ask), and 4 file servers all running Windows 2003 std.

2. One APC SUA3000 3KVA UPS, connected to the network via a network management card and the network shutdown software running on all servers.

3. One router - D-Link DIR-615 for internet.

The problem:

Occassionally, about 1 x per month, the Windows time/date on ALL the servers changes to 1/1/2003.

But the weird part is that even the CMOS time changes to 1/1/2003 00:00:00 on ALL servers.

These servers are all standard desktop PCs from different manufacturers with different motherboards and BIOS.

There is no physical access to the server room for anyone but me so no foul play suspected.

I have also replaced all the CMOS batteries with new ones in the past, but this did not help.

What could be changing the CMOS time and date on all the servers to 1/1/2003; some motherboards manufactured much after 2003.

Like I said, I cant figure it out for the life of me. At wits end. Please help.
