I am placing this issue in the Microsoft Server area since I was able to rule out a Citrix issue.
I am currently running 5 XenApp 6.5 Servers all with IE 10... One of our XenApp 6.5 Servers when users connect via the ICA client and launch IE, the browser opens with a white background, and after a minute of trying to open closes itself.
All the other xenapp servers users can open IE with no issues.
I had the users login via RDP instead of using the Citrix ICA and they experience the same issue logging in via RDP.
I can login as administrator and launch IE just fine on the server via RDP.
The crash is not generating any errors on screen or in the event log. I would like to say it was a permission issue or a setting issue, so I reset IE on the server. Did not resolve the issue.
This is effecting all users that logon to this server, except for the administrator account.
Any ideas what can be causing this problem? Hard to chase down since it is not generating an error anywhere.
