Couple of questions I hope are easy for an expert on this. The more I read the more confused I get.
1. Our KMS server is installed on our DC, no issues there. VAMT is also installed there, not sure if i need to enter any data into there.
2. I have MS VLSC, so I have a portal with all of my license keys in there. Do I need to enter the KMS license key into all of my clients or do I use the generic one I've seen floating around on a bunch of web pages? To change it I think I just go into computer properties and hit change key, correct? Or do I use some type of slmgr command?
3. How does the KMS server know I own 100 license for Windows 7? Does it contact M$ somehow and give them my account information to know I own 100 win7 licenses?
