I'm having an issue that's affecting probably around 30% of my users where the folder created on the server contains several frd*.tmp files instead of the actual files. So for the other 70% of users added to my "redirect mydocs" group it works flawlessly. The folder is created on the server, the local my documents is pointed to the server, and all the files are copied to the server location, synchronization is enabled. In some of the cases you can see a few legitimate files in the folder mixed with the frd*.tmp files.
