Windows Server 2012 File share not accessible by laptop.

Hello, I have an odd one for you guys.

I have a Lenovo T420 laptop (Work Domain, but a local account active with full admin rights) that is unable to access a dedicated Windows Server 2012 file share.

Information for you guys.

- I have correctly setup the share in Windows 2012 and verified permissions and access rights.
- I am able to access the share from all other computers in my household (They are not joined a domain, as my server is also not joined to a domain)
- I am able to ping the server (192.168.1.115)
- I have tried connecting to it from wireless and using the Ethernet Jack.
- I am able to Remote Into the Server and it works smoothly.
- Yet when I enter "\\server-name\Public" or "\\192.168.1.115\Public" I get about a 30 second timeout and the following error. "Windows cannot access \\servername\Public Error code: 0x80004005".

I have tried lots of what Google has had to say but no luck ,any help would be appreciated.
