Using windows 2012 Virtual Disks?

We have a mix of IBM SAN storage - a few iSCSI DS3300's and an old FastT700 FC. Using ESXi we boot from SAN on the FastT The Host machine sees the available LUN's and we create vDisks per guest. This works well.

Now in a physical Win 2012 server I want to add some SAN storage to host some SQL data. The Windows machine can see the full Raid LUN but I don't need or want it to use the full FC array (LUN).

Is there a way to VDisk this in server 2012 so I don't have to suck up all that good fast access array? So can I do in Windows what I'm doing in VMWare (vitrual partitions on LUN).

On the iSCSI DS3300's this isn't an issue because you have another software layer within the controller to carve up your LUN's before you make them available.
