We have a critical server that depends on a couple of people to support different functions of a rather complicated application that is hosted there. There is always a lot of finger pointing going on when something goes wrong because one of the people involved is known not to always play by the rules (going to change management before making changes for instance). I would like to get an alert any time this user logs onto this server. Does anyone have a good way of doing that?
