Time to upgrade our network user drive. Any Suggestions before I begin?

I love mapped network drives. :) We are almost at capacity on our network storage. It was setup as a standard network share on one of our old Domain controllers in 2002. Now that server is only being used as the network storage server. I have a few questions and want to bounce them off you guys. We have around 100 users on the old 2003 server, with 250GB for their files, shared across all the users.

  1. I would like to enforce quotas on each user on each share. I know it wasn't possible in 2000/2003, haven't done it before. Any pointers would be appreciated.
  2. I would really like the option to increase the storage capacity easily. Should I setup a cluster? I have lots of available storage. Over 18TB in raid. All of them can be accessed through iScsi.
  3. I have licensing for any version of server on my Datacenter servers, so lics will not be an issue.
  4. It would be awesome if I could move all the files and folders including the permissions automatically. And if the user profile paths could be changed automatically that would be super cool. :) In a super quick server class I attended, they had a powershell script that would do it all for you. I cannot find it anywhere.
  5. Any other tips would be awesome. :)
