After a new image has been pushed out to a couple machines, and a new VM (Server 2008 R2) added, these new systems and VM fail to have MOM Agent Installer pushed from our management server (Server 2008 R2)
I get the following error:
The MOM Server could not start the MOMAgentInstaller service on computer "TargetSystem" in the time.
This service is used to perform configuration operations on the computer before the Microsoft Operations Manager agent can be configured.
Operation: Agent Install
Install account: Domain\Administrator
Error Code: 80070102
Error Description: The wait operation timed out.
I've tried removing the MOM Agent Installer Service rule in the Windows Firewall of the target system by opening cmd with elevated privileges and running [netsh advfirewall firewall delete rule name=”MOM Agent Installer Service"] However the rule always appears again.
Any ideas that maybe I haven't tried yet?
