2012 R2 FTP server with AD authentication

I'm attempting to replace an old FTP server with a new 2012 R2 VM. One of the main things we want to get working, though, is AD authentication. It's currently working fine on the old 2003 R2 server, but I can't find any way to set it up on the 2012 R2 box.
